Bomb's Away! is a side quest in Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening. Dworkin Glavonak needs lyrium in order to make some fire grenades. This is a fairly straight forward quest. To begin this quest you must complete one of the main campaign quests, then talk to Dworkin Glavonak in the courtyard at Vigil's Keep. He will ask you to bring him Lyrium Sand, which can be found in Vigil's Keep - Deep
